Sandy Bowen
Sandy Bowen

Sandy was a very special friend of Justice for a Cure, and a personal friend of the founder, Joan Kamholz. Sandy had a heart of gold and was always willing to help with whatever was needed. She was a huge supporter of Justice for a Cure, anytime we needed help she was right there!

Strangers never knew how sick she was, she pushed through the pain, with a warm, kind, and loving smile. Regardless how sick she was, she NEVER GAVE UP THE FIGHT, but her body did. She was called home on January 29, 2018. She truly was a WARRIOR, one that WE will carry with us forever!

Her legacy will live on with our SANDY BOWEN MEMORIAL, from a very generous gift she left for Justice for a Cure, along with other gifts we received in her name. Details about the pending program in the name of SANDY BOWEN MEMORIAL will be released at a later date.
